These General Terms and Conditions of Package Travel Contract apply to travel packages promoted under the brand Tourist Station, which relies on the technical organization of Si Travel Network S.r.l. Tourist Station promotes travel packages organized by Si Travel Network S.r.l. through the website www.touriststation.it and its official social media channels.

1. LEGISLATIVE SOURCES
The sale of package travel is governed by the Italian Tourism Code (Legislative Decree No. 79/2011) and its subsequent amendments,
in compliance with EU Directive 2015/2302, as well as the provisions of the Italian Civil Code regarding agency and transport contracts.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE FRAMEWORK
The organizer and the retailer of the package must be duly authorized to perform their respective activities under applicable laws.
Si Travel Network S.r.l. is duly authorized with regional license No. 84370/2014 (Marche Region) and municipal authorization No. 98694/2022 (City of Rimini).

3. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this contract, “Organizer” means Si Travel Network S.r.l., based in Via Pomposa, 43/A – 47923 Rimini (RN), Italy.
“Tourist Station” refers to the promotional brand through which travel offers are marketed via the website www.touriststation.it
and related social media channels.

4. CONTENT OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the travel contract, together with the description of the travel package
published on the website, in promotional materials, or in the booking confirmation sent to the traveler.

5. PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
Before concluding the contract, Si Travel Network S.r.l. provides the traveler with all mandatory information required under Article 34
of the Tourism Code, including the main characteristics of the services, the total price, payment terms, and the traveler’s rights
in case of withdrawal or modification of the package.

6. PAYMENTS
Upon booking, the traveler must pay a deposit equal to 25% of the total package price.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

7. PRICE AND VARIATIONS
The price of the package is established in the contract and may be altered only in the cases provided for by Article 39 of the Tourism Code,
due to variations in transport costs, fuel prices, taxes, or exchange rates.

8. WITHDRAWAL BY THE TRAVELER
The traveler may withdraw from the contract at any time, subject to payment of applicable cancellation fees calculated according
to the time remaining before departure, as detailed in the technical sheet.

9. LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
Si Travel Network S.r.l. is responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the contract,
whether provided directly or by third-party suppliers, except in cases of force majeure or events not attributable to the organizer.

10. TRAVELER SUBSTITUTION
The traveler may transfer the booking to another person who meets all the required conditions to take part in the trip,
provided written notice is given at least seven (7) days before departure.
The transferor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for payment of the total price and any related costs.

11. OBLIGATIONS OF THE TRAVELER
The traveler must comply with all applicable laws in the countries visited, exercise reasonable diligence, and follow the rules
and information provided by Si Travel Network S.r.l. The traveler is also responsible for verifying the validity of travel documents
and providing accurate personal information at the time of booking.

12. GUARANTEE AND PROTECTION FUND
Travel packages organized by Si Travel Network S.r.l. are guaranteed by the “IL SALVAGENTE” Protection Fund – Certificate No. 2025/1-8002,
which protects travelers in the event of the organizer’s insolvency or bankruptcy.

13. INSURANCE POLICY
Si Travel Network S.r.l. is covered by Professional Civil Liability insurance policy REVO No. OX00021961, in accordance with Articles 44 and 45
of the Tourism Code.

14. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints or claims must be submitted via certified email (PEC) to sitravelnetworksrl@legalmail.it
or via standard email to info@touriststation.it.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini, Italy,
unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.
